No profit for anyone, only their money back.
On April 2, 1954, the Scottsburg-Vienna Township School Building Corporation was organized to buy a site, put up a school building and lease it to the School Town of Scottsburg and Vienna School Township. Its officers, directors and stockholders could take nothing from it beyond the return of what they put in.
